20+ years lifting Metro Detroit concrete.
Concrete Leveling Detroit is family-owned, in-house, and built around one job: lifting sunken slabs back to grade for a fraction of replacement cost.
Armando, Owner and Lead Concrete Leveler
Armando founded Concrete Leveling Detroit in 2005 and has spent more than 20 years lifting sunken concrete across Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties.
He runs every project alongside his in-house crew, never subcontracted, and pioneered the 100% limestone-and-foam slab-jacking process that's now exclusive to Concrete Leveling Detroit in Michigan.
Armando also led our 2022 Detroit Metropolitan Airport pool deck and joint sealant project, one of the largest specialty leveling jobs in Southeast Michigan that year.

Mark — Lead Estimator
Mark walks every Metro Detroit job before our crew arrives. He diagnoses the difference between settling, void formation, and structural failure, so customers get the right repair, not the easiest sale.
If your slab can't be safely lifted, Mark is the one who will tell you on-site, and you owe nothing under our no-fix-no-charge policy.
The Crew
Robert, Janet, Sheldon, Amos, and Giatini are our senior crew leaders. Together they've completed thousands of Metro Detroit projects, from residential driveways to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
Every project is in-house. Same people who quote your job are the ones who finish it.
Built around one job: lifting sunken slabs.
We started in Clinton Township in 2005 with a clear focus: handle Metro Detroit's specific concrete-leveling needs better than anyone else. Clay-heavy soils. Brutal freeze-thaw winters. Aging mid-century driveways and sidewalks across Wayne and Macomb counties.
That focus is why we developed the 100% limestone-and-foam slab-jacking process — a hybrid we run exclusively in Michigan. Limestone resists washout from clay. Foam fills voids the slurry alone would miss. Together, they outlast either method on its own.
Twenty-plus years and 1,000+ projects later, we're still family-owned, still in-house, and still working out of Clinton Township.
If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
We don't push jobs we can't deliver. If we arrive on-site and determine your slab can't be safely or successfully lifted (structural failure, excessive spalling, etc.), the assessment is on us.
That's the no-fix-no-charge guarantee. It's how we built this business and it's how we still run it.
Honest pricing, real expertise in Michigan soils, and a written warranty against settling under normal use.
