Estimates and Quotes
Online inquiries and phone conversations may include initial price ranges; these are not binding quotes. A binding quote is provided in writing after our on-site assessment. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.
Our Services
We provide concrete leveling and related repair services across Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties, including:
- Driveway, sidewalk, patio, and pool deck leveling
- Garage floor leveling
- Polyurethane foam injection and 100% limestone-and-foam slab-jacking
- Concrete joint sealing and caulking
- Void filling and soil stabilization
- Commercial concrete leveling (parking lots, warehouse floors, ADA work)
- Precast concrete step replacement
- Small-scale new concrete installation
- Paver cleaning and polymeric sand sealing
No Fix, No Charge Guarantee
If we arrive on-site for an assessment and determine your slab cannot be safely or successfully lifted (for example, structural failure or excessive spalling), you owe nothing for the assessment. The guarantee covers the assessment visit; it does not cover work outside the original scope.
Workmanship Warranty
Concrete leveling work is backed by a written warranty against settling under normal use. Joint sealing carries a separate adhesion warranty. Specific terms are documented in your written quote and signed at job completion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Failure to maintain proper drainage
- Subsequent excavation, plumbing leaks, or other site changes after our work
- Acts of God (severe flooding, earthquakes, etc.)
- Modifications or repairs performed by others after our work
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are documented in your written quote. We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH. Commercial projects may include progress billing and net terms by prior agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project at issue.
