What is Precast Steps?

Why precast (instead of pouring on-site)

Precast units are factory-made to standard porch sizes, cured to full strength, and installed in a single day. The alternative — forming and pouring on-site — adds days for cure time and rebar placement, and requires waiting through Michigan weather windows.

Precast standard sizes fit the vast majority of Metro Detroit homes. Specialty or custom sizing is available with longer lead times.
